Once upon a time, I was very sick with several "incurable" autoimmune diagnoses. I could barely tie my shoes. I was in too much pain. I was too tired. In fact, I was sick and tired of being sick and tired.
It's been a journey, but I'm symptom free!

As an herbalist, I love, love, love herbs and being out in nature! As a holistic provider, I love whole, nutrient dense foods, mindfulness, and sleep! As a Board Certified Health Coach (and through my own personal experience) I can also appreciate supplements. I would not be where I am today if it weren't for high quality supplements. Not all supplements are created equally! In fact, crappy supplements can actually be detrimental to the journey!

I started with supplements when:
- I was sick and tired of being sick and tired
- I had a medical diagnosis
- The western medical system wasn't producing results
- I didn't feel like the pharmaceuticals would address the root cause (I didn't want to take 2400 mg of Advil/day for inflammation!)
- I was scared of the side effects. (I needed my liver and immune system!)
I am an herbalist at heart, but sometimes...supplements are a way to go!
